the evolution of ‘Energy Based Device V’ in aesthetic medicine trends from 2007 to 2024 in the October 2024 issue of the magazine D&PS.

From 2007 to 2024, Energy Based Devices (EBD) have made significant progress in the field of aesthetic medicine. Initially, lasers and
high-frequency equipment were mainly used, but with the advancement of technology, devices utilizing various wavelengths and energies have emerged.
These devices are applied to various cosmetic procedures such as skin regeneration, wrinkle improvement, and body management,
and the safety and efficiency of the procedures have improved. In addition, as non-invasive procedures with less pain and
a short recovery period are preferred to meet the needs of patients, the scope of application and technology of EBD are continuously evolving.
